I made this composite of my daughter, Amanda, as a tribute to her beauty and love for all things winter. If she could sleep comfortably with her snowboard strapped to her feet, she would. The day I shot the background, it was actually snowing very lightly, so get the snowflake density hight enough, I had to combine about a dozen frames. After that, getting Amanda to melt into the flury was relatively easy. She got married recently and move to Pennsylvania and I miss her terrible. But I think her and her husband will move back this way soon (the pull of the White Mountains is just too strong for her to resist).
